Sean Langford is a dancer/trainer/choreographer based in Brooklyn. A late-bloomer  in dance, he was turned on to dance while attending Rutgers University and eventually graduated cum laude from Mason Gross School of the Arts in 2016 under the mentorship of Kim Gibilisco and Keith Thompson. While at school he had the privilege to work with world renowned artists such as Shen Wei, Pam Tanowitz, Camille A.      As a trainer, he was introduced to Pilates while at conservatory. Falling in love with it's power for healing and change, he became a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance in 2016. He took his investigation of the body a step forward in 2020, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
As a choreographer, he has presented works that merge the physical body with emotional life. Past credits include The Craft in 2018 and the People's Choice Award winner at Spoke The Hub's Winter Follies 2021. Hannah Klinkman and Sean will present an evening of work at the Old First Reformed Church in Gowanus in the fall of 2021, produced by Spoke the Hub.  He enjoys long walks in nature, creating laughter and fuzzy animals.
