A duet exploring connections and disconnections
Choreogrpahy and Performance by Hannah Klinkman and Sean Langford
Music by Edvard Grieg, reworked by Christopher Raeburn
Sean Langford is a Brooklyn based artist who values invention and authenticity. Through these two pillars, he creates movement that strives to resonate with the audience. His work bridges diverse fields of influence such as dance, theatre, athletics, poetry, comedy, pilates, and more. These ideas are used to spark a conversation between performer and audience. This conversational exploration combines narrative and abstract through-lines with physical rigor and sensitivity, culminating in tactile subtlety and flying through space. He hopes the work provides you with a challenge to your worldview, a resonation with a memory, a tug at your heart strings and ease in your shoulders.
