"I get bored easily, I like a good challenge, and I have very high standards. I tried several Pilates instructors before finding Sean. He is truly one of the best in the city. When it comes to the art and science of movement, Sean is a master because he is uniquely intuitive, analytical, and creative. I’ve always been into cardio fitness, but completing that with the other two pieces of the fitness trifecta - flexibility, and especially strength - have been a challenge for me because I’ve never found any classes or trainers that kept my interest. Sean has taken my fitness to another level that I never would have dreamed of just a few years ago. I actually came to Sean for help to correct my scoliosis through Pilates. My mind body awareness has increased greatly, decreasing my scoliosis pain and even straightening my spine slowly but surely! My strength and flexibility have also increased to best ever, which has had the additional benefit of increasing my cardio fitness performance even further. One fun goal that I have with Sean is to do a handstand. We’ve worked hard on getting me enough baseline upper body strength to be upside and now we are working on the balancing.
